Watchdog Page "An Informed Voter Is The Best Defense Against Bad Government"
On these pages we keep score of how legislators actually voted. This is not a complete list of bills approved by the legislature, only the ones monitored on our Alerts page. The Alerts page also shows a brief description of the bills and who introduced them.
"Purse Snatcher" "Did NOT Vote" "Super Saver"
If legislators voted FOR a bill we identified as BAD for Alaska, they received marks in the left hand "Purse Snatcher" column. Legislators voting AGAINST this BAD legislation are marked in the right hand "Super Saver" column.
If legislators voted FOR a bill we identified as GOOD for Alaska, they received marks in the right hand "Super Saver" column. Legislators voting AGAINST this GOOD legislation are marked in the left hand "Purse Snatcher" column.
Legislators who failed to vote for whatever reason were placed in the Did NOT Vote column.
