HB 213: Makes petitioning the government more DIFFICULT

POM:
This bill simply makes initiatives more expensive to get on the ballot. This is wasteful of our legislature's resources and dilutes the power of Alaskan citizens. I suspect the rallying cry of supporters of this legislation is that it will stop bad
initiatives. However, this is exactly what it creates.
