Well now Mr. Broder,
Please allow us to inform you of what occurs with these housing
voucher processes and how housing here in Alaska occurs.
When you become the recipient of a voucher or any other program
with the housing . We first allow you to understand how the HUD
administrators become involved in housing in the State of
Alaska.
No attention to
neglect nor overt discrimination that lurks at every avenue in
the entire process. At every desk there are excessive
rules set aside by predators who enforce regulations that
directly harm Senior disabled people in every non-minority case.
The management hiring rules dictate that 95% are required to be
minorities. Those of which have little or no qualifiers
for these top positions and less education or training.
These are problems that are far reaching. From ill
deliberate hiring practices by ASHA housing.
Their key to success
is that the actual housing office for the HUD housing side of
this organization is stationed in the State of Washington, at
Seattle. They set identical guidelines for Alaska.
Those guidelines are changed dictated to satisfy the State of
Alaska. These changes are so severe, we have far less
rights. The most vulnerable recipients the disabled
Seniors are left afar from legal means of defense where ASHA is
involved . They divert their powers of authority directly over
to their "federal status" or HUD. When this occurs there
are no legal systems here to support us when we are accosted, by
the ASHA workers.
Many are disqualified
from the program in the application process, at any hint or
cause they choose in the reasoning process. They make the
rules, as they go, or as they fit the situation and if you do
not agree they simply cry HUD federal status and the issue is
over unless you have the funds for council. Who will face
the HUD federal side of the housing issue? They make the
Alaska Legal services look like a stupid fool.
Now Mr. Broder's
dream is empty: The housing outfit here restricts its
responsibilities to selling housing and seldom are we ever
invited to purchase housing. They pick and choose who is
qualified from the application process. The majority of those
allowed to purchase are 99% minorities. Better known as,
"reverse discrimination" and abuse of disabled Senior people.
We have been in the
ASHA housing insulting and abuse system for many years. We
are victims and long time recipients. Their scheming to
fraudulently obtain properties from owners is the common grounds
for them to obtain most of the real estate they own today.
This recent case with Fannie Mae's scandal is so minute with
ASHA it is sad they were not been detected, 50 years ago.
The only words for them is they are liars and thieves, to say
the least. We are their victims long past and they may just
subject us at any time again as they choose.
The comment by Mr.
Broder was not firm as he had no time being in the state of New
Hampshire for the comments he made. We were there for two
years and they require you to live there for at least 4 years
before you can qualify for housing at all. Nor do age or
disability give strength to their rules. There are no sign
of economics nor social concern at all. Age nor disability
has no concern there either. The state refuses to
recognize senior disability nor do they recognize Medicare.
There is no sense asking for welfare there either as Medicaid is
non existent, in the state. Had I not had access to the
veterans care facilities I would have expired on their streets,
as three of their medical care facilities refused to care for me
as I was in need of medications and was refused because we had
no private insurance. I was transported 30 miles away for
care and for medications.
In Alaska regulatory barriers
rule against non-minorities 100% for housing and access gets
extremely worse as the days pass. They just added three
pages to restrictions they call homeland security measures to
prevent fraudulent applications and with these new restrictions
there are very few who can pass the guidelines. Even for
traffic citations to child hood simple crimes, not even
felonious crimes will disqualify you from housing, regardless of
the need, age nor disability and of course the minority
preference will remain and those applicants are not equally
required to meet these strictest regulations.
So any complaints or
concerns will take at least 4 to 5 years to administer from
Seattle WA. Then it will all be transferred over to the
federal status and in most cases will end up the fault of the
recipient who will loose their housing. The ASHA housing
has a long record going back 20 or more years and filing false
claims on those who are qualified for housing after the entire
application process is complete. They know all the time
when they plan these false cases but they keep quiet until you
are approved and into your housing. Then they bring these
false claims against people. With threats of evicting recipients
within 30 days if they refuse to attend to these false claims
for repayment for claims the people have never heard of.
Now if you have nothing but Legal Services to depend on, the
case is theirs. So I respect peoples opinions, but
Mr. Broder is to far from his home port to attempt to comment on
the ASHA housing BIG DEALS here. As we who are forced to use
their services at the ripe old age and income we are living
victims of the largest fraudulent housing outlet on earth right
here in Alaska. Better known as ASHA, who lends $Billions to
realtors and others, who are in real state. While the
poorest of all societies are the victims of another $billions of
defrauded funds from these 20-30 year old false claims so they
can collect the funds to lend to these people. Thanks for
the chance to open the eyes of some who would otherwise think,
ASHA housing is the worlds greatest authority, as they call
themselves!
