With the fiscal hard times in our municipalities, state, and nation, these public funds may not materialize. The remaining "revenue" listed would come from the private sector. Many of the companies that have contributed in previous events are also having financial difficulties. If they also fail to contribute, it will leave borough taxpayers holding the bag!
