Dear Governor Murkowski,

As you become more familiar with living in Alaska again you will find that we are NOT as gullible as you appear to think.   Alaskan's are still independent thinkers who do not believe taxes can be disguised as "user fees".
 

When I buy a studded tire it belongs to ME.   When you charge me for using my own property that is a tax.
 

Please remember that most who voted for you did so because you promised to reduce the cost of government.   Please do that FIRST before even mentioning new taxes or user fees.
