1.   1.  Would you favor a constitutional amendment that limits state spending to 90% of projected revenues, with adjustments the following year to compensate for over or under spending? (693 responses)

2.   2.  Are you registered to vote in Alaska? (692 responses)

3.   3.  Should public employees, teachers, and legislator’s retirement plans be based on the average earnings of all years worked, as most private sector retirement plans, or continue to be based on the highest three years?  (693 responses)

4.   4.  Are you concerned that the state legislature failed to develop a plan that would balance the budget?  (692 responses)

5.   5.  With the current economic limit factor (ELF), oil companies pay the same percentage of severance tax for $40/barrel oil as they do for $12/barrel oil.  Should this percentage be modified so that when profits increase due to higher oil prices the people of Alaska benefit more fairly from these increased profits?  (698 responses)
