Alaska Student Loan Corporation and

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation!

SB 300  Voted for this special interest legislation

that gives an Attorney Lien preference to a lawyers

claim over the prevailing party of a suit!

SB 326  Voted in favor of the permanent fund

board investing up to 10 percent of the total assets

of the fund in derivatives a.k.a. hedge funds!

SB 338  Voted for this special interest legislation

that clearly favor state employees over citizens in the

event of civil action taken by the private citizen.

SB 365  Voted to force registration for

Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants,

which grants additional powers to the government,

but fails to provide any REAL benefit to citizens.

SB 376  Voted to give subpoena powers to the

Department of Health Education and Social

Services.  The separation of powers principle

is trashed so the state can save about $6,000 a year!
